Question 1

Where do you ship?

Accepted Answer

We ship to street addresses in the United States only. We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, and we don’t ship outside the US right now.

Question 2

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Every US order ships free with FedEx or UPS, and the package is fully insured until it’s in your hands.

Question 3

How long will my order take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the piece. In-stock jewelry leaves our studio in 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 10–15 business days to make, and custom designs take 4–6 weeks after you approve the design. Once it ships, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.

Question 4

Can I get my order faster?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if the piece is in stock. Overnight delivery is available on in-stock items. If you need something by a certain date, call or email us before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Question 5

Does someone need to sign for the package?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An adult has to sign for every delivery, because the package is insured for its full value. If you won’t be home, you can usually have the carrier hold it at a nearby FedEx or UPS location through their tracking page.

Question 6

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use our order tracking page with your order number and email. If you have an account, you can also see every order and its status under My Orders .

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece for a full refund. It needs to be unworn and sent back with its grading certificate and original packaging. The full details are in our refund policy .

Question 8

How do I start a return?

Accepted Answer

Email us at themoneyvault2@gmail.com or call +1 (513) 407-3252 with your order number. We’ll send you a free prepaid, insured shipping label. Pack the piece with its certificate and box, and drop it off.

Question 9

When will I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue the refund within 5–7 business days. It goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Question 10

Is there anything I can’t return?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom designs, engraved pieces, anything resized or altered at your request, and gift cards are final sale. Everything else follows the 30-day policy.

Question 11

Can I exchange for a different size or style?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. The piece you send back needs to be unworn, with its certificate and packaging. Get in touch and we’ll help you choose the replacement.

Question 12

What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I ordered?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a few photos of the piece and the packaging to our email, and we’ll replace it or make it right at no cost to you.

Question 13

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Accepted Answer

Both are real diamonds: the same carbon crystal, the same hardness, the same sparkle. A natural diamond formed deep underground over a very long time. A lab-grown diamond is grown from a tiny diamond seed in a controlled setting over a few weeks. Without lab equipment you can’t tell them apart. The main difference is price: a lab-grown stone costs much less than a natural one of the same size and grade.

Question 14

Are your diamonds certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our diamonds are graded by IGI or GIA, two independent labs. The grading report ships with your piece, and you can look up the report number on the lab’s website to check it yourself.

Question 15

What metals do you use?

Accepted Answer

Solid 14K gold, solid 18K gold, and platinum. We don’t sell plated or gold-filled jewelry.

Question 16

Should I choose 14K or 18K gold?

Accepted Answer

14K gold is 58.3% pure gold. It’s a little harder, so it holds up well to everyday wear. 18K gold is 75% pure gold, with a richer color, and it’s slightly softer. Platinum is heavier and naturally white, so it never needs replating. If you’re unsure, 14K is a safe choice for a ring you’ll wear every day.

Question 17

Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every piece has a lifetime manufacturing warranty. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, email us a photo and we’ll take care of it.

Question 18

How do I find my ring size?

Accepted Answer

The most reliable way is to have a local jeweler measure your finger. Measure later in the day, when your fingers are a little larger, and if you fall between two sizes, pick the larger one. Still not sure? Choose your best guess. Your first resize is free during the first year.

Question 19

Do you offer free resizing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You get one free resize in the first year after purchase. Keep in mind that a ring resized at your request can’t be returned afterward, so if you’re still deciding, ask us before we resize it.

Question 20

How should I clean my jewelry at home?

Accepted Answer

Soak it for a few minutes in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap. Brush gently with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Skip bleach, chlorine and harsh cleaners, and take your rings off before the gym, the pool or housework.

Question 21

Can you clean and check my piece for me?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, for free. We’ll clean it and check that every prong is holding its stone tightly. Email themoneyvault2@gmail.com or book a showroom visit through our contact page to set it up.

Question 22

How should I store my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Keep each piece separate, in its own pouch or a lined box with dividers. Diamonds can scratch gold and other stones, and chains tangle when they share a drawer.

Question 23

Can you make a custom piece for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us what you have in mind on our custom jewelry page . A sketch, a screenshot or a few sentences is enough to start. Share your budget too, so we can suggest the right stone and metal.

Question 24

How does the custom process work?

Accepted Answer

First, we talk through your idea. Then we send you a design to review, and we revise it until you’re happy. We only start making the piece after you approve the design. When it’s finished, it ships free and fully insured.

Question 25

How long does a custom design take?

Accepted Answer

Plan on 4–6 weeks after you approve the final design. How long the design stage takes depends on how many changes you want, so tell us early if you have a date in mind.

Question 26

Can I return a custom piece?

Accepted Answer

No. Custom pieces are made for one person, so they can’t be returned. That’s why we don’t start work until you’ve approved the design. Custom pieces still get the lifetime manufacturing warranty and free cleaning.

Question 27

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.

Question 28

Do you charge sales tax?

Accepted Answer

Only where state law requires it. If your order is taxable, you’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

Question 29

Do you have a discount for first orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign up for our newsletter and you’ll get 25% off your first order with the code WELCOME25 . The code works once, on your first order only.

Question 30

What currency are your prices in?

Accepted Answer

All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free, so the only thing added at checkout is sales tax where it applies.
